Sponge Cakes

You can choose from Madeira, Vanilla, Lemon, or Chocolate sponge. Sponge Cakes are filled with butter cream and covered with fondant icing.

Luxury Carrot Cake and Rich Fruit Cake

Carrot Cakes are filled with butter cream and covered with fondant icing. Rich Fruit Cake is covered with marzipan and fondant icing. Fruit cake contains brandy.

Notes: Nuts are not used in fruit cakes unless requested. Carrot cake contains walnuts and banana. Marzipan is almond based. This information is a consideration if you or your guests have a nut allergy.
